spiced crispy crackling with apple jelly and cranberry pickle

With soft poached duck egg en croute coated with tarragon
hollandaise, sun blush tomato salsa

TIGER PRAWN & CRAB SALAD
With shredded smoked salmon, crunchy paprika brandy marie-rose

Roasted in the traditional manner with rosemary roasted potatoes, chestnut stuffing,
griddled bacon, chipolata, sautéed sprouts & roasting juices

ROASTED MONKFISH
Rolled in a herb crust, on lemon crushed potatoes with pan fried king scallops,
tomato concasse, tempura of asparagus & lemon beurre blanc

ASSIETTE OF LAMB
Pan fried lamb saddle with lamb & rosemary cobbler, lamb shoulder fritters,
roast potatoes, pressed peas & minted red wine jus
